Midterm Week

Its stressful as hell.... I been on 4 hours of sleep for the past week.

Just A Taste... Weekend Warriors 2nd Season.

With a successful 1st season it would of only been right for a 2nd season and of course Desi and Bri came hard yet again with not only creating some ill designs for us ladies BUT .... yes theres a BUT... they as well gave hints that a jewelry collaboration will be released as well.

Ive been following these ladies on their journey since their first teaser release with the "Pussy Prevails" shirt and since then I just knew these ladies were here to stay. For those whom aren't familiar with the line or what it really consists of, as stated earlier by Desi via BBM, Weekend Warriors is a "Vulgar but realistic look into the everyday woman's life".




Im thrilled for the release come March, and like they always say... dont get on their bad side or you might just end up on a shirt. ha.

On Friday Nessa celebrated her 23rd birthday. Honestly... the whole "club thing" aint my scene whats so ever. I rather just stay at home & chill but takin' that she's a close friend I decided to go. So I had a bit of fun but let me say this, I aint missing a DAMN thing by not being a regular person who goes out on weekends. The 85% of whack music, the pushy up boys with no sense on how to approach a female, the drama between females, etc... yeah NO THANKS.

I haven't had the chance to update my blog lately because life for me has been pretty busy but once I received this video from a close friend of mines I knew it was a good idea to share it with everyone.

Tim is a VERY good friend of mines that I've known for about 8 years now who I love to death. He's never just been one of those average guys who sits around & lets life go to waste. Music is his first love & unlike 95 percent of those wannabe "rappers" out there who's music is all about "cars, money, etc" Tim aka Selis Black music has separated himself from that negativity & sends messages threw his music. He moved to L.A awhile ago to pursue what he loves the most... the love of music & I seriously hope things go well for this gentlemen because I couldn't think of anyone else who deserves it.

Fuck a Valentine... lol

I was the fifth wheel tonight, literally. Went out for some sushi, told the waitress we were a table of five... time to be seated... they only had the table set for four... yeah see thats when I REALLY felt like the fifth wheel lol. But anywho, dinner consisted of sushi, TONS of jokes, and sake bombs for three hours strait.

Oh yeah, we all decided tonight... Vegas it is!! So excited.

Moms are the best.

So I've never been one to celebrate V-day, those who know me are aware that I have been in a relationship for over 2 years and never cared for the holiday. Why so? Cause love is stupid! ... lol naw. I just never been that "go out and buy my loved one a teddy bear, chocolates, etc and waiting 2 hours just to be seated for dinner" EFFF that corny mess.

Well... takin that my boyfriend is in L.A for the weekend which I aint mad about one bit, my mother decided to be "my valentine" and buy me a box of Teuscher champagne truffles. If you never heard of those... you MUST step your chocolate game up... they are the BEST but I must say they are pretty pricey. Even though I aint one to celebrate the holiday (which is tomorrow) I felt loved. Ha. Moms are the best.

My blackberry curve is starting to feel pretty old... time for an upgrade.. thanks tmobile for finally releasing a new effin curve (8900). This baby will soon be in my hands and my current curve will be laid to rest.

This past Saturday was my older sister's baby shower at my house which lasted longer then your average baby showers, till 2 a.m? Unheard of right? lol. Good times tho.

Around 12 ish a few of us had enough to drink but taken that the patron was out didn't stop others.. to the store they went to buy more. I had tons of good laughs with my sister's boyfriend, his friends, some of mines, along with my uncle.

Last night when getting home from school I wasn't in the mood to pick up my flashcards and do some studying for my first Anatomy test I have on Monday so instead I remembered that we had some um.. um.. movies we shouldn't have yet downstairs... lol and decided to watch Slum Dog Millionaire. Let me just say... its a pretty good movie that I feel was well put together. If you get free time, I say you watch it. Here's a trailer for those who never heard of the movie..




Any who.. today is my moms birthday. I decided to be a nice daughter and take her out to eat tonight, well that's pretty much it. Time to get dressed.

Today wasn't too bad. Did my 9-5 , bought me two new pairs of heels, and as well joined my boyfriend to one of his female friends 23rd birthday dinner at this one Mexican restaurant. Food was pretty good if I may say so. Here's a video I shot at the restaurant of the band singing to Kim, one of Kim's friends, and my boyfriend who all will be turning 23 this week.

Oh yeah, and excuse my boyfriend for eating all in my phone when I was filming.. lol.

So lately I been a bit puzzled on this whole new look Mr. West has been going for. The whole auto tune album just didn't cut it for me. During the inauguration when I saw his performance on MTV, the only thing that my eyes were focused on was his hair. WHY OH WHY?? I didn't feel like searching for the picture but this was the first one I saw...

I mean, I just didnt understand why the sudden change in the way he makes music down to his style. Well earlier today I was messaging a new friend of mines on how I strongly dislike his hair... He responded with...

Taking Human Anatomy and Human Physiology the same semester is seriously no joke... these next 4 months are going to blow. Nothing but study study study.

IM A CRIMINAL!!

Check it... in early Novemeber I got my first speeding ticket. For some reason I didnt think my payment was due till Moday which is the 19th so I had decided to just go tomorrow morning. Well... brace yourself.. sit down... are you ready?... ok... I just looked at the paper thingy that they sent a month or so ago and my fine was actually due today on the 15th!! I got mixed up cause school starts on Monday. Oh man... imma go to jail now, im a criminal!!! lmao... I'm waking up bright and early tomorrow for court to take care of it, so much for sleeping in.

So… this is officially my first entry. My day so far is starting off right. Woke up and took myself to the gym. Ran my 3.0 miles and did a bit of weights so im pretty much in a good mood taken that I didn’t pass out like I did the first time I went, literally. Alright alright so I take the blame, it was my own fault for going to the gym knowing I hadn’t eaten a bit of food. Crazy part was… as I was blacking out and slightly falling to the ground as my two good friends tried to hold me up and take me to the water fountain a certain stupid dude had the nerve to try and get at one of my friends as if I wasn’t right in front of him looking like I was about to die. Freakin idiot.

One last thing … I don’t understand guys sometimes. When they want to “Go for theirs”, they seriously “Go for theirs”. Example, dude sees me dying… he still decides to go for his by trying to get at my friend. Another example… when at the gym, im on the treadmill running, sweating, looking a mess… a guy still had the audacity to try and run next to me and get at me… muthaeffer im trying to work out. “Need a workout buddy”? Pshhh. My iPod is my workout buddy, no thanks. So guys I understand that “sometimes as a man you just gotta do man shit”, like a certain someone always tells me but seriously… there’s always a time and place “to go for yours” BUT a gym is certainly not one of them. Ha.

Yup I went to the hospital that day. Embarrassingggg.
